When I started incorporating film photography into my work, everything began to change. I approached weddings completely different. Something I love about this medium of work is that it forces you to slow down and be extremely intentional with each moment. With digital cameras you can just click, click, click and then later go through to find which photos you like. With film photography, you only have so many shots per roll - in result makes you want to slow down and capture what will be a feeling frozen in a moment. It feels nostalgic, special, more tangible. I love the shift of perspective to observe more and overshoot less. Absolutely in love with this process.
